When your profile corresponds to one of our client’s needs, one of our Talent Consultants will contact you to discuss the assignment. We will then help you prepare the initial client meeting. Once you have been approved by the client, our Operational Excellence Division, which ensures the quality of our interventions, will train you in how to use our best practices.
…and throughout each assignment…
The first ten days of your assignment are key to a successful outcome. Rest assured, you will not be alone. A Valtus Partner will be by your side to help you smoothly integrate into the company where you have been assigned. S/he will also assist you in drafting the initial diagnostic report, drawing up a clear action plan and presenting them both to the client. In addition, s/he will participate in your regular progress update meetings with the client. Throughout the assignment’s operational phase, you two will be a solid team, founded on mutual trust and open, active listening. Furthermore, the tools and methodologies that we have developed will facilitate your day to day work.
…through to completion
Our Partner will also play an active support role for you during the last ten days of your assignment to ensure a seamless transition and continuation of the projects you launch. S/he will help you create and deliver the final report. From start to finish, s/he will provide valuable advice, expert insights and strategic support.
Staying in touch after each assignment
Has your situation evolved in some way? Make sure you update your profile in the Managers Portal. The Talent Consultants in our Managers Division are your main contacts at Valtus, and they are always available for you.
Their top three priorities are: guiding our interim managers, bringing them together and building loyalty. With this in mind, they regularly organize thematic breakfast meetings to discuss the profession, best practices, functions, important news and its consequences. They also lead live and web conferences as well as online discussion groups via social media.
